its fine as long as you have a place for the night. but then they need more less the price

the value is nice... as per the money you pay i think you deserved what they will offer because of the money you pay. the room us used for nothing. the door is unsafe, u fee unsafe on the hotel because of the area. the location is very accommodating because of the SM is very near.

The room has not amenities, as well the door is unsafe

Good value for your money.

I like the room, very spacious, clean, accessible to public transport, to SM Muntinlupa just a few meters away. Police visibility is highly present as the property lies next to Muntinlupa Central Jail. Convenience stores are just below the building as well as the laundry shop. Pharmacy is just a few steps away, there's a beauty salon right beside the hotel entrance. So if you want to get a quick mani-pedi, sure is available.

Before I checked-in, I coordinated to the hotel that I will be needing hot water constantly while in my room. I was assured that it will be available upon request. But the thing is, I dialed 10x to the reception but was never answered. I even thought that "0" was not the number to reach the reception, but it was. The staff was just too busy to answer my call. There's no elevator. If you plan to stay at this property, pack lightly, or you could use an exercise. No complimentary soap, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, no cups and saucers, no teaspoon, no electric kettle.

we've been stay there with my husband for 2nights every night there is a insects whenever we turn off the lights and we see there is a open area in the upper door same with aircon that insect my enter, and they have no table and chair available to seat on when we are eating.

Smoking is allowed in the rooms! Drainage in the CR is very bad. Airconditioning unit is too high which makes it difficult to turn on and off. Not a single chair in the room. Only towels were given, no other toiletries provided. The pillow cases were not changed based on the smell. Really did not meet our expectations based on what is posted online. Will never go back there again or recommend it to anybody else.

Big room. Clean with aircon. Ample amount of water.

I noticed that my room is new. The window of the comfort room was half finished. I’m sleeping thinking someone might enter my room from outside. Good thing I’m in 3rd floor. I think it is better if there is a phone for easy inquiry and assistance.

Located near a mall and few small eateries and dry cleaning/laundry mat inside bottom of hotel.very soft bed passed blacklight test.

Loud at nights with karaoke inside hotel. Room was not furnished as it was shown.

I like that it’s conveniently located in front of the main...

I like that it’s conveniently located in front of the main hi-way and is very affordable. Theres also a convenient store near it as well as food stalls like burger and fast food at walking distance. food is accessible which is good.

Drainage isnt good... there were also small bugs on the bed and cockroaches in he bathroom. The AC is a bit loud and the lock in our doesn’t work... you cant leave anything valuable in the room when you step out.

Luxurious room on budget, A great place to be.

Property owner who understands clients needs. Excellent and friendly staff always ready to assist you. The rooms are so wide and clean, all the facilities listed are correct and work perfectly, beds are super comfy and clean all the time. Plus a clean and styled private bathroom. The location is great because it's on the main road and you can get vehicles to drive you downtown easily, like almost everywhere you wanna go from the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious place on budget (rates are really reasonable and you get great deals too). A great place to be.
